Are your products available for immediate shipment?
Most of our paper craft items, felt flowers and mixed media items are made to order. Each product page will contain information about production time. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need something expedited or if you have a special request.
Linoleum block prints are normally readily available for immediate shipment as they are printed in batches. Limited edition prints will be removed from the site (or transitioned to a portfolio page) when they are sold out.

Greeting cards, linoleum block prints and other "flat" items are typically shipped in a poly-bubble mailer with a chipboard insert or in a rigid chipboard mailer. Large linoleum block prints (12" and larger) will be shipped in a rigid tube. Other products are shipped in appropriately sized cardboard boxes with protective packing materials.

What shipping service do you use?
We typically use the United States Postal Service; however, if you have a specific shipping request - please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate.
What is your process for custom orders?
Our custom orders vary from requesting a specific color or copy on an item available on our site to complete event theming and decor...and everything in between. To start the process just send us an email with your request or idea. We will respond within 24 business hours with next steps. For simple requests, the "next step" may simply be us providing any additional costs and a timeline for fulfillment. For larger requests, the "next step" will mostly likely be additional questions or scheduling a phone call to discuss the details. For event and party projects, we will provide a scope of work (with initial ideas/possibilities) and an estimate for your approval.
Do you provide local pickup/delivery in Raleigh?
Yes! If you live in Raleigh, you can select "Local delivery" in the shipping method. I will contact you after the order is placed to coordinate delivery/meet up.
