Say “Happy Birthday” with a little flair! This fun paper cake topper consists of three separate paper rosettes:
 
The largest, jumbo paper rosette is made from a fun birthday balloon themed scrapbook paper with a “Happy Birthday” message made from cardstock. This rosette measures 8” in diameter.
 
The medium sized paper rosette is made out of a birthday candle printed scrapbook paper. The birthday year and rosette center are made from cardstock. The year is customizable based upon your needs or it could be replaced with a short name or other custom message. This rosette measures 6.5” in diameter.
 
The smallest rosette is made out of a printed scrapbook paper that coordinates with the other two birthday themed rosettes. The “Make a Wish” rosette center is made from cardstock. This rosette measures 5.25” in diameter.
 
Each fabulous paper rosette is attached to a food safe wooden bamboo skewer that measures 12” in length. We ship the rosettes with the full length of bamboo on each so you can cut to your desired height.
 
All pieces were designed and cut using a Cricut Maker, then hand assembled.
